A Guide to Programming Your Mind Design With NLP

I have a confession to make. Before I learned about mind design with NLP, I used to be a loser, who thought about only waiting for my 401(k) after I finish with my civil service job.

But after learning mind design with the power of NLP, I realized that I was able to accomplish much more and even accomplished beyond my wildest dreams. Goals that I had written down, that was virtually impossible to reach, seem to materialize within a span of two years or less.

In this article, I'm going to share with you how you can use the power of NLP to have a great mind design. The reason why NLP is important and effective is because it addresses how your mind is designed. NLP helps you understand what your mind design is.

It states that we all have the same neurology as everyone. Everyone has a certain strategy of getting things done. If you are not inhibited by physical means, you can definitely model and emulate whatever results somebody else has gotten. That is one thing that NLP helps you with your mind design. It removes all limiting beliefs for you. On one hand, it helps you to understand your mind design; on the other hand, the technology of Neuro Linguistic Programming can also help you to program your mind design.

Knowing yourself is just not enough. As with most therapy, you would realize that many people attend therapy for years on end, because they keep going back into the past and digging out all the things that made them feel the way they feel right now without reprogramming what has happened before. So with the technology of NLP, we can actually reprogram negative states and negative emotions almost instantly. This is a technology known fast phobia cure, which was patented by Neuro Linguistic Programming as well.

So how does NLP help with my mind design? There are a few technologies in NLP, which helps with this. One of which is called the Milton model language pattern. Using the Milton model language pattern, it tricks your mind or rather program your mind into thinking a way that you want to think which helps you to empower yourself and to reach the goals you set for yourself.

Another technique in NLP to help you with mind design is called the pattern interrupt. Very often when we feel a particular way, we want to get out of it but we have no idea how. With the power pattern interrupt, it can help you get out of the negative state.

Lastly with the technology known as anchoring, you can then improve your mind design by anchoring whatever positive state you want yourself to be into. Most athletes use this. For example, for basketball players, they must bounce the ball three times, spin the ball with their hands and let one breath out before shooting the ball into the basket. The reason why is because they have anchored this entire sequence of actions into a perfect shot.

So for yourself, what can you anchor? For myself, I give a big clap in front of my hand if I want to be in a positive state to get things done. That's an anchor for me. I have a strong fist pump before I go up on the stage to do my presentation because that is my anchor.

NLP can help you to do a mind design by programming an anchor for yourself, which you can use to bring yourself into whatever state you want in a particular moment.
